Jane Kitching

Jane divides her time between two homes; one in a village in the North Yorkshire Moors, the other is in North Berwick near Edinburgh, where she can often be seen painting on the beach.
Jane was born in India and raised in Yorkshire. Formerly a microbiologist, her passion for art won through, and she became an Internationally successful textile designer and painter.
Her enthusiasm for nature, life and love of colour is expressed through her art. Her quirky observations of people are full of humour and joy.
She works in a variety of media including oil, acrylic and collage. She is widely collected and exhibits in several galleries and exhibitions.
